Coaching and mentoring for Neurodivergent Professionals

I offer both workplace mentoring and coaching 1:1 services for neurodivergent minds. You might be wondering what’s the difference between mentoring and coaching.

Hopefully, the information below will help you decide what is the best fit for you.

Workplace mentoring for neurodivergent professionals

Personalised Mentorship

  • I recognise that every teacher’s experience is unique, so I develop personalised support plans to address individual strengths, challenges, and professional goals. I assist with lesson planning and other essential teaching skills while embracing each teacher’s unique perspective and approach.

Neurodivergent-Inclusive Strategies

  • I utilise and share neurodivergent-friendly techniques that align with each teacher's learning and working styles. By integrating accommodations and alternative strategies, teachers gain practical tools that suit their preferred ways of working and interacting, building confidence and comfort within the classroom and the larger education environment.

Professional Development

  • My service emphasises skill-building in areas such as organisation, communication, executive functioning, and self-advocacy.

ADHD & Neurodivergence Coaching for Neurodivergent Professionals

My Approach to Coaching:

I am a Certified ADHD-Informed Coach CCE ICF, I don’t believe in fixing people to fit into systems that were never designed for us. Instead, my coaching is about:

  • Leaning into strengths and reclaiming pride in difference

  • Challenging ableism and internalised ableism that can silence or diminish us

  • Reframing the narrative from "struggle" to "power in perspective"

  • Creating space for neurodivergent voices to be heard, valued, and celebrated, and for neurodivergent people to lean into their ways of knowing and being.

  • My role is essentially to provide you with the space to develop your own understanding of “who” you are through a neurodivergent lens.
